本瀏覽器擴充功能 「小黃標」（以下簡稱「本軟體」）重視並尊重使用者的隱私權。本軟體的設計原則為「不收集、不儲存、不追蹤」，所有功能僅用於即時輔助使用者於瀏覽器中的顯示與判讀。

一、軟體功能說明

本軟體為一款瀏覽器擴充功能，於使用者瀏覽 Threads 網頁時，僅針對當前頁面中公開可見的內容進行即時處理，並將相關資訊顯示於使用者的瀏覽器畫面上，以協助快速識別。本軟體不會在背景中持續運作，亦不會存取與功能無關的網站內容。

二、資料收集聲明

本軟體不會收集、儲存、傳輸、回傳或分享任何使用者資料。

包括但不限於以下資料，皆不會被本軟體取得或處理：

• 使用者帳號或名稱

• 年齡、性別或任何人口統計資訊

• 瀏覽紀錄或跨網站行為

• 裝置識別資訊

• 任何可識別個人身分的資料

本軟體不使用 Cookie、不建立使用者檔案，亦不進行任何形式的追蹤。

三、AI 分析功能（使用者可選）

本軟體提供 可選擇性啟用 的 AI 分析功能。是否啟用以及採用何種分析方式，完全由使用者自行決定。

（一）使用瀏覽器提供之本機 LLM

當使用者選擇使用由 Google Chrome 所提供的本機 LLM 進行分析時：

• 分析僅透過瀏覽器官方 API 於使用者裝置上執行

• 資料不會離開使用者的裝置

• 程式作者不會取得、接收或存取任何分析前或分析後的資料

（二）使用 OpenAI 提供之 LLM API

當使用者主動選擇使用 OpenAI 所提供的 LLM API 進行分析時：

• 僅限使用者當前頁面內容，並由使用者裝置直接傳送至 OpenAI

• 資料之處理方式依 OpenAI 隱私權政策為準

• 程式作者不會取得、儲存、保留或接觸任何與分析後的資料

本軟體不會於伺服器端保存任何資料，亦不會建立中介資料流程。

四、第三方服務說明

除使用者主動選擇之 AI 分析服務外，本軟體不整合任何第三方分析、廣告、追蹤或資料收集服務。

五、隱私權政策變更

如本隱私權政策有任何調整，將隨軟體更新一併公告。使用者可隨時停止使用本軟體。

Privacy Policy 【English Version】

This browser extension “Threads User Profile Tag Extension” (the “Extension”) is designed with user privacy as a core principle. The Extension follows a strict no collection, no storage, and no tracking policy. All functionality operates solely within the user’s browser environment.

1. Extension Functionality

The Extension provides on-screen assistance while browsing Threads by processing publicly visible content on the currently viewed webpage only. All processing is performed in real time for display purposes. The Extension does not run in the background beyond its intended functionality and does not access unrelated websites or content.

2. Data Collection Statement

The Extension does not collect, store, transmit, share, or sell any user data.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Usernames or account information

• Age, gender, or demographic data

• Browsing history or cross-site activity

• Device identifiers

• Any personally identifiable information

The Extension does not use cookies, does not create user profiles, and does not perform any form of tracking.

3. Optional AI Analysis Features

The Extension offers optional AI-powered analysis features, which are disabled by default and only activated by user choice.

(a) Local LLM Provided by Google Chrome

When the user chooses to use a local LLM provided by Google Chrome:

• All analysis is performed locally on the user’s device via browser-provided APIs

• No data leaves the user’s device

• The developer does not receive, access, or process any data before or after analysis

(b) OpenAI LLM API

When the user explicitly chooses to use OpenAI’s LLM API:

• Page content is sent directly from the user’s device to OpenAI for analysis

• Data handling is governed by OpenAI’s privacy policy

• The developer does not receive, store, retain, or access any post-analysis data

The Extension does not operate any backend servers or intermediary data pipelines.

4. Third-Party Services

Other than user-selected AI analysis services, the Extension does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will be published alongside Extension updates. Users may discontinue use of the Extension at any time.
